My name is Miguel Rebollar, founder of Sea to Summit Development & Construction. As an experienced commercial general contractor originally from the Bay Area, I’ve built a reputation for delivering high-quality build-outs for offices, hospitality spaces, restaurants, and retail businesses.

I started Sea to Summit to help clients bring their commercial visions to life — from concept to completion — with attention to detail, clear communication and results that last. Now based in Los Angeles, my wife Silja and I made the move after the wildfires, committed to helping local businesses and property owners rebuild and grow. Whether it's a full-scale commercial remodel, a tenant improvement project, or a ground-up development, I bring a hands-on, problem-solving approach to every job.
